Mostly are caricatures because these are my forte.Innah | Technology Products Monitor Armshttp://www.inkjetsuperstore.com/Technology-Products/Monitor-Armsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1304925401727358614.post-76302198957434797042012-06-19T18:40:46.100+01:002012-06-19T18:40:46.100+01:00The X17 would take care of having a nice cover wit...The X17 would take care of having a nice cover with elastic closure, you could then possibly use other paper, maybe there's something from Rhodia that fits, but I am not sure.Matthiashttp://bleistift.memm.denoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1304925401727358614.post-5096139000607069082012-06-19T06:27:13.667+01:002012-06-19T06:27:13.667+01:00When you say "moleskine paper", remember...When you say "moleskine paper", remember the sketchbooks are made from beefy 165gsm weight paper, totally different from regular moleskine notebook paper. I find them too daunting though for sketching around my suburb...the look and feel of heavy, smooth paper just doesn't get me in the mood for an impromptu sketching session. I am currently using a less intimidating "Castelli" jotter A6 (codeQ23/25-464) which has very smooth but thin 70 or 80gsm paper that picks up graphite beautifully. So if your needs are like mine and you just use dry graphite, this may be a reasonable choice. I have the Rhodia Webbie also, but not on the usage roster as yet.Kevinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1304925401727358614.post-39691666694053303312012-06-19T01:06:37.295+01:002012-06-19T01:06:37.295+01:00I second the Webbie and include the Ecosystem line...I second the Webbie and include the Ecosystem line of notebooks -- same style, but the paper is really WHITE. More durable covers than Moleskines or Webbies, too.Johnhttp://www.pencilrevolution.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1304925401727358614.post-18181588204514033402012-06-18T17:23:49.522+01:002012-06-18T17:23:49.522+01:00I can't recommend Rhodia products highly enoug...I can't recommend Rhodia products highly enough. Their <a href="http://rhodiapads.com/collections_boutique_webnotebook.shtml" rel="nofollow">"webbie" product</a> comes with an elastic closure, and has nice, solid paper for sketching.mpclemenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12807147515549175803noreply@blogger.com
